As Christmas nears, the to-do list just seems to get longer and longer. There are presents to buy, gifts to wrap, baking to be done and family to be seen. But we want to set you a bit of a challenge. A challenge to put Jesus at the forefront of each day in the lead up to Christmas – no matter how busy you get.

Having a tough week? Need a little pick-me-up in the morning? Is there a work deadline looming? From time to time, we all need a little encouragement. Whenever we are in need of inspiration and words of encouragement we, of course, turn to our trusty Bible.

Here are some of the verses we find encouraging in our time of need.

Therefore encourage one another and build one another up, just as you are doing.
