It’s so easy to get swept up in modern life – constantly running to-and-fro from appointment to appointment, ticking off an endless to-do list. We often find ourselves forgetting the importance of just taking a moment to breathe. Of taking some time to allow our mind and body to renew. To become, stronger and more-focused.

Come to me, all who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light.
